Terms & Conditions

Artist's Conditions

  • I have the right to decline any commissions which is deemed as unfit/uncomfortable to my work ethics or to myself.

  • My art will be done in my own personal style. Any request to go for otherwise will not be entertained.

  • All commission processes will be streamed or recorded (optional) via my Twitch channel. Kindly inform me in advance if you would like to keep the commission process as private.

  • I have three (3) slots open for ongoing commissions at a time. Further commission requests will be placed in queue. You will be contacted once your request is next in line to fill a slot.

  • I will send all high-resolution files digitally through email. (Files are packaged in ZIP file)

  • I will work on the commissions at my own pace, as I am juggling between real life work and assignments. Additional pressure to finish the art will not be tolerated, and will certainly not help me to finish them faster.

Illustration's Conditions

  • Please send multiple references (text and images) to your character. High-quality images and multiple angles are preferred. A RESEARCH FEE will be imposed if there are a lack of references.

  • The default background will be transparent.

  • Backgrounds are optional; the price is charged based on the details and complexity of your request. Kindly state them in the "Notes" section of the form.

  • I ACCEPT both SFW and NSFW* commissions

  • I will NOT ACCEPT Furry, Mechas, Fantasy Beasts.

Payment Method

  • Full payment upfront is mandatory before any commission is to be initiated.

  • All payment will only be accepted through PayPal. PayPal info will be shared on a communication platform of your choice.

Cancellation/Refunds/Changes

  • Commissioners may receive a full refund (minus the PayPal fees) upon cancellation BEFORE any initiation of work. No refunds can be made once the commission has begun.

  • Changes will be applied if personally approved. However, this is unlikely once the commission process is started. If the changes are absolutely necessary, additional fees will be charged upon request. The payment should be paid upfront as well to avoid any delay.

  • Kindly respond to the email regarding your commission within three (3) days, or you will be removed from the slot. You are required to fill in the commission form again for another commission.

  • AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION will be enacted if the commissioner is of unacceptable behaviour (being rude or unreasonable).
